Dubai Mallathon 2026: Your Complete Guide to Free Indoor Running in Dubai

Dubai summers don’t leave much room for an outdoor jog, but Dubai Mallathon 2026 offers a cooler way to keep moving. From 15 June to 15 September 2026, six of Dubai’s biggest malls are opening their doors every morning for free indoor walking, jogging and running sessions.

Gear Up with 361°
Mall floors are hard, flat and consistent, making the right running shoe important when you’re completing multiple laps. Look for a lightweight and breathable upper, good grip and cushioning that can handle repeated impact.
361° running shoes are designed with features suited to running, including breathable mesh uppers, cushioned midsoles and flex-groove outsoles for grip on smooth surfaces.
Pair your running shoes with moisture-wicking activewear and you’re ready for your Mallathon session.
Tips for Your First Mall Run
