How To Measure Your Foot

1Place a sheet of paper on a flat floor.
2Stand naturally with your heel against a wall.
3Mark the tip of your longest toe.
4Measure the distance from heel to toe in millimeters.
5Match your measurement with the CHN column in the size chart.

Tip: Measure your foot length and match it with the corresponding CHN (mm) value for the most accurate fit.

Size Recommendation

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially for running shoes.
